Green Smoothie

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not start your day off right with this nutrient-dense, powerhouse green smoothie!  Its a super fast and easy to make, healthy breakfast option for people on the go.

You will need:  A blender


1 Cup Almond Milk
5 Stawberries
1 Banana
1/4 cup Chunked, frozen pineapple
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp. Wheatgrass powder

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy…It’s that simple.
