2 ripe avocados, peeled and de-pitted
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 small on-the-vine tomato
1/2 small red onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
large pinch of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the avocados and lime juice.  Stir to combine until most of the avocado is mashed, leaving some chunks.

Finely dice the tomato, red onion and cilantro.

Add the tomato, red onion, cilantro, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to the bowl of avocado. Stir to combine.

Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips or any other fun dipping mechanism.
